In order to apply for access to a Scientific Use File, please print the appropriate application form. PDF-files of the application forms can be found via the link at the bottom of this page.

Please provide the full address of the customer and details of research purpose on the application form. In addition, you will also receive a data protection undertaking which you should sign and return (please submit original documents).
