Implant Register Germany Trust Centre

• Establishment and operation of an independent trust centre for the pseudonymisation of personal data from healthcare providers for the Implant Register Germany (IRD) in accordance with the "Law on the Establishment of an Implant Registry Germany and on further amendments to Book Five of the Social Code" (Implant Register Establishment Law, EIRD)
• Development and application of well-established procedures for pseudonymisation and re-identification according legal regulations in coordination with the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information and the Federal Office for Information Security
• Data acceptance, pseudonymisation and forwarding
• Information to data subjects
• Migration from existing register data

Data Transparency Trust Centre

• Establishment and operation of an independent trust centre for the pseudonymisation of personal data of the statutory health insurance in accordance with the amendment to the Data Transparency Ordinance of 10.07.2020 on the basis of the new version of §§ 303a-f of the Fifth Book of the Social Code of 07.11.2019
• Data acceptance, pseudonymisation and forwarding
