The Organisational Development Unit is responsible for developing and implementing organisational development measures and measures to optimise organisational structures and processes.

This includes the adaptation of the business distribution plan and organisational chart, the rules of procedure and other procedural regulations for special business processes and the introduction of specialised procedures. The support of a digital process management system, the technical responsibility for the further development of electronic document management, and the development and demand-oriented consultation in agile and classic project management are among the tasks of the unit. The structural further development of the intranet portal and idea and knowledge management complete the portfolio of this department.
